Ingredients
• 6 cups shredded Brussels sprouts
• 1 cup halved red grapes
• Shaved Parmesan
• ½ cup chopped parsley
• 1 package Fresh Gourmet Almond Pepita Crunch
Instructions
• Place in a large bowl shredded brussels, chopped parsley, and grapes.
• Toss to combine.
• Add shaved Parmesan and almond pepita crunch.
