Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh kale leaves (washed and torn)
- ½ cup thinly sliced fennel
- ¼ cup Fresh Gourmet Cranberry Honey Roasted Sliced Almonds
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place kale in a large bowl. Drizzle with half of the olive oil and gently massage until slightly softened.
- Add fennel, Cranberry Honey Roasted Sliced Almonds, and Parmesan cheese.
- In a small bowl, whisk together remaining olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Pour dressing over salad and toss to combine. Serve immediately.
