Ingredients

For the salad

  • ½ cup Fresh Gourmet® Chili Garlic Cashew Pieces
  • 12 frozen dumplings, cooked (pan-seared or steamed)
  • 2 cups green cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup purple cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup carrots, shredded
  • 1 cup cucumber, sliced
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp sesame seeds

For the dressing

  • 3 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp chili crunch or chili oil (optional)

Instructions

  1.  Prepare the base: Cook dumplings according to package directions. Let cool slightly, then slice in half if desired. In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, cucumber, cilantro and green onions.
  2.  Build the bowl: Add the cooked dumplings to the vegetable mixture.
  3.  Make the dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients.
  4.  Add crunch: Toss the salad gently with the dressing until evenly coated. Top with Chili Garlic Cashew Pieces.
  5.  Finish & serve: Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
