Ingredients
For the salad
- ½ cup Fresh Gourmet® Chili Garlic Cashew Pieces
- 12 frozen dumplings, cooked (pan-seared or steamed)
- 2 cups green cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup purple cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup carrots, shredded
- 1 cup cucumber, sliced
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro
- 2 green onions, sliced

1 Tbsp sesame seeds
For the dressing
- 3 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 tsp chili crunch or chili oil (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the base: Cook dumplings according to package directions. Let cool slightly, then slice in half if desired. In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, cucumber, cilantro and green onions.
- Build the bowl: Add the cooked dumplings to the vegetable mixture.
- Make the dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients.
- Add crunch: Toss the salad gently with the dressing until evenly coated. Top with Chili Garlic Cashew Pieces.
- Finish & serve: Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
