Ingredients
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 medium yellow onion, finely diced
• 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
• 3 cups low-sodium chicken broth
• 10.7-ounce can condensed tomato soup
• 15-ounce can black beans
• 1/2 cup frozen sweet corn
• 2 teaspoons ground cumin
• 2 teaspoons chili powder
• 2 tablespoons lime juice
• 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
• Avocado, garnish
• Cilantro, garnish

Instructions
• Heat oil in a small pot over medium-high heat.
• Add onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
• Add broth, tomato soup, beans, corn, cumin, chili powder, and lime juice.
• Top with shredded chicken, avocado, cilantro, and Fresh Gourmet® Southwest Crunch and enjoy!
