Ingredients

• 1 package Chiquita™ Banana Bread Mix

• 2 large mashed bananas (overripe)

• 1 large egg (lightly beaten, room temperature)

• 1/3 cup milk

• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

• 1/2 cup brown sugar

• 3 tablespoons sprinkles

ICING
• 1/2 cup powdered sugar

• 1/2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

• Preheat oven to 350°F.

• Spray a 9″ x 5″ loaf tin with nonstick spray.

• Add all the dry ingredients into a bowl and combine, except for the brown sugar.

• Beat the egg in a small bowl and set aside.

• Add the milk and egg to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.

• Pour half the batter into a 9″ x 5″ loaf tin.

• Sprinkle brown sugar on top of the first layer of batter until it completely covers the batter.

• Add the other half of the batter on the top.

• Sprinkle the remaining brown sugar on the top of the loaf.

• Bake in the oven for 40–45 minutes.

• Take out of the oven and let cool for 15 minutes. While it is cooling, prepare the icing.

• Add the powdered sugar to a small bowl and add the 1–2 tablespoons of milk to the bowl.

• Whisk until there are no clumps. For a thick frosting, add less milk. For a thinner frosting, add more.

• With a fork, drizzle the icing over the cooled banana bread.

• Top with your favorite sprinkles.
