Ingredients
- 3 cups shredded Napa cabbage
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast (shredded)
- ½ cup edamame (cooked and shelled)
- ½ cup mandarin oranges (peeled and segmented)
- ¼ cup Fresh Gourmet Honey Roasted Almond Slices or try our other sliced almond variety
- ¼ cup Fresh Gourmet Wonton Strips
- 1 tbsp black sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prep the base: Place shredded Napa cabbage in a large bowl.
- Add protein and fruit: Top with shredded chicken, edamame, and mandarin oranges.
- Add crunch: Sprinkle sliced almonds, crispy wonton strips, and sesame seeds.
- Make the dressing: In a small bowl, whisk sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, salt, and pepper to your taste.
- Combine: Drizzle dressing over the salad and toss gently.
