  • ½ cup mandarin oranges (peeled and segmented)
  • ¼ cup Fresh Gourmet Honey Roasted Almond Slices or try our other sliced almond variety
  • ¼ cup Fresh Gourmet Wonton Strips
  • 1 tbsp black sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep the base: Place shredded Napa cabbage in a large bowl.
  2. Add protein and fruit: Top with shredded chicken, edamame, and mandarin oranges.
  3. Add crunch: Sprinkle sliced almonds, crispy wonton strips, and sesame seeds.
  4. Make the dressing: In a small bowl, whisk sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, salt, and pepper to your taste.
  5. Combine: Drizzle dressing over the salad and toss gently.
