Ingredients
• 4 pounds medium Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled
• 2 tablespoons kosher salt
• ½ cup heavy cream
• 1 cup whole milk
• 2 sticks unsalted butter, cubed
• ½ cup sour cream
• Freshly ground black pepper
• Fresh Gourmet® Crispy Garlic
Instructions
• Place potatoes and salt in a large pot filled with 6 cups cold water (enough to cover potatoes by one inch).
• Bring water to a boil then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 30 minutes. Drain the potatoes and set aside.
• Meanwhile, over medium heat, warm the cream and milk in a small saucepan until just simmering.
• Mash hot potatoes and butter in a large bowl until butter is melted and well incorporated. Season with salt to taste.
• Mixing constantly, slowly add warm cream mixture to potatoes followed by the sour cream.
• Top with freshly ground pepper and Fresh Gourmet® Crispy Garlic.
