  • ½ cup red grapes (halved)
  • ½ cup celery (sliced)

  • ¼ cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep the greens: Place kale leaves in a large bowl.
  2. Add fruits and veggies: Arrange apple slices, grapes, and celery on top.
  3. Add toppings: Sprinkle Fresh Gourmet Honey Roasted Pecan Pieces and crumbled blue cheese.
