- ½ cup red grapes (halved)
- ½ cup celery (sliced)

- ¼ cup crumbled blue cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prep the greens: Place kale leaves in a large bowl.
- Add fruits and veggies: Arrange apple slices, grapes, and celery on top.
