Ingredients
• 3 cups chopped slaw mix (carrots, red cabbage)
• 1 cup cooked farro (cooled)
• 1 cup chopped broccoli
• 1 (15 oz) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
• ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
• ½ cup Fresh Gourmet Cranberries & Sunflower Seed Salad Topping
• Optional: cherry tomatoes or diced red onion
• Dressing of choice
Instructions
• Combine the Salad Ingredients:
In a large bowl, mix together the slaw, farro, chopped broccoli, chickpeas, and cilantro.
• Add Dressing:
Pour your favorite dressing over the salad and toss until well coated.
• Top & Serve:
Sprinkle Fresh Gourmet Cranberries & Sunflower Seeds on top just before serving. Add optional cherry tomatoes or red onion if desired.
