  • ¼ cup crumbled blue cheese
  • ¼ cup Fresh Gourmet Honey Roasted Walnut pieces
  • 4 slices cooked bacon (crumbled)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep the greens: Arrange mixed salad greens on a large plate or bowl.
  2. Add veggies and protein: Top with avocado slices, cherry tomatoes, asparagus, eggs, radishes, and red onion.
  3. Add toppings: Sprinkle blue cheese, walnuts, and bacon over the salad.
